Jack Fuchs

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Jack is responsible for the development of new business lines and the strategic direction of Spring11. Jack has overseen company growth from formation to one of the largest third party commercial real estate services companies with over 500 employees globally advising more than 300 clients, including some of the world’s most recognized financial institutions. Spring11 started as a due diligence and staffing company and has since expanded into asset management, loan servicing, and workouts, lease administration and finance and accounting, KYC/credit and litigation searches, and insurance review.

Jack has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in due diligence, asset management, and investing. Prior to Spring 11, Jack spent three years as a consultant at Accenture where he was responsible for the commercial real estate due diligence and advisory team. Jack currently serves on the investment committee of Arcus Development Company (arcusdevco.com), a real estate company focused on ground-up development in New York City and as a member of the advisory board of Nativ, a commercial real estate SaaS platform acquired by Built (getbuilt.com/nativ) in 2022.

Jack holds an MA in Economics and Ancient History from the University of St Andrews.
