Benek Oster

Principal

Benek has a proven entrepreneurial track record with a focus on real estate finance and consulting and advisory services. Benek was the founder and key principal of Blackheath Financial, a CMBS due diligence consulting firm sold in March of 2006 to Zenta and subsequently acquired by Accenture. At the time of its acquisition, Blackheath had over 100 employees globally, with offices in New York, London, and Irvine. Benek later co-founded Article Nine Agents, a rapidly growing corporate transactions and registered agent services firm with a focus on complex UCC searches and filings. A9A was sold to CT Lien Solutions.

At Spring11, Benek is actively involved in the strategic direction of the company. Benek holds a BS in Justice from Rutgers and an MS in Real Estate Development from NYU Shack Institute of Real Estate, for which he currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board.

Jack Fuchs

Principal

Jack is primarily responsible for client management, operations, and business development. Prior to joining Spring11, Jack worked at Accenture where he was responsible for all aspects of the commercial real estate due diligence and advisory team.

Jack also serves on the investment committee of Arcus Development Company, a real estate investment company focused on ground up development and as a member of the advisory board of Nativ, the creators of Atlas, a CRE SaaS platform. Jack graduated from the University of St Andrews in Scotland with an MA in Economics & Ancient History.
