Benek Oster, Founder & Principal

Throughout the past decade, Benek Oster has successfully started, operated and sold several business ventures. He has a proven entrepreneurial track record with a focus on real estate finance.

 

In 2002, he founded Blackheath Financial -a commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) due diligence firm- which was later sold to Zenta, a financial services outsourcing firm (www.zenta.com). Benek remained as head of Capital Markets through 2007. At the time of its sale, Blackheath had over 100 international employees in New York City, London, and Los Angeles.

 

In 2009, he co-founded Article Nine Agents (A9A) (www.a9a.com). A9A is a rapidly growing corporate transactions and registered agent services firm with a focus on complex UCC searches and filings. Most recently, Benek founded Spring11 (www.spring11.com), a boutique real estate advisory firm, which is his current focus.

 

Benek Oster received a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the NYU Shack Institute of Real Estate, and a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University. Benek presently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the NYU Shack Institute of Real Estate.
